Tucked into the southeast corner of the city along the banks of Whitemud Creek Valley, Jägare Ridge offers the kind of challenge and scenery that will leave even the most experienced players gushing with excitement. The breathtaking elevation variances are as exciting as any course in Western Canada, offering tantalizing shot choices that often challenge conventional golf wisdom. Jägare Ridge was immaculately designed by Harry Zuzak, a keen golfer himself, and since its inception in 2002, it has become extremely popular amongst local golfers.

The attitude and concept behind Jägare Ridge was to present a private club environment to the public player - and they succeeded magnificently. The many elevated tees offer dramatic vistas of the valley and the meandering Whitemud Creek, which affects eight of the twelve valley holes. The tremendous variety forces golfers to use every club in their bag, but at the same time players of all skill levels can enjoy the experience. This course is truly a hidden gem ... but it is becoming better known every day.

The course was designed with golfers of every skill-level in mind. The four to seven tee boxes provide golfers a chance to adapt the challenge of the game to their skill level and ability. At Jägare Ridge, every hole is a Signature hole, as each of the 18 holes throughout the 475 acres are equally breathtaking and challenging.

The spectacular scenery and expertly-crafted course design are complemented by a full service clubhouse with courteous and helpful staff, as well as a full menu.
